Alfa 916 connecting problems

Hello
I have an Alfa 916 2,0 TB that trying to repair ABS, I bought the multiecuscan but I can not Connect, when using the green Connection cable on the ABS cabel on the car I get : Invalid ISO code or No ECU responce , check cabel or Serial port setting
Does anyone have a Clue ?
