Alfa '02 147 2.0 T.S. odometer

I recently replaced my gauge cluster with a second hand unit because the odometer screen must have burnt out. Everything works but the odometer is flashing now. It's obviously the wrong kms and the ECU knows it. Can I revert the kms to the correct amount myself through the Parameters setting within Multiecuscan 3.9?
