fiat 500L 1.6 Multijet 01/2017 PROXY REQUEST OUT OF RANGE ERROR

hello to everyone,
I just buy a license to be able to make proxy alignment on my fiat 500L 1.6 multijet.
I can read every ECU with my ELM327 1.4 with adapters.
The procedure starts without problem for all the ECUs and ends with positive result except for the ETM ecu (Entertainment telematic node) that fails every time with this error:
REQUEST OUT OF RANGE ERROR
Can someone tell me what i'm wrong or what maybe the problem? (MES not updated ?)
I'm using the LAST version 3.8 with license...
