Fiat Idea 1.4 16v

Been using Multiecuscan for a while now and even though the unit can talk to all my modules and perform adjustments etc. Whenever I do a Proxy Alignment it always fails on the Dashboard Node (NQS). Everything else goes through perfectly.
Is this an error in the software somewhere as to why it won't proxy align the Dashboard NQS or am I doing something wrong somewhere ?
