MultiEcuScan doesn't run

Everything works fine until today. When I start the program after loading this is what happens:
I didn't install any new software.
I have Win10x64 with licensed MultiEcuScan latest update (3.2)
I tried to repair but the problem stays. I didn't uninstall it, because i can export the licence.
What to do?
