Help with CANBUS Alignment (Alfa Brera 2008)

Hi All,
Recently purchased MultiCueScan to assist with CANBUS alignment allowing me to fit an Original RadioNav and updated B&M unit.
After inital install, the software performed fine and all functions work except Proxy Alignment !!!
It displays an unreliable connection error.
It may be worth noting that currently the body computer reports Errors U1602 and B1029.
I bought the kit from Gendan, which was recommended on the Alfa Forum.
Any Advice is appreciated in fixing these error messages and also allowing proxy alignment.
