Problem with connection

Hello to everyone, i have ELM327 1,5a (CH340). I instal FDTI drivers, then the drivers from CD, but the option Latency didnt appear in Device Manager...Im with Win10 x64, does some have solution for my problem?

The drivers on the CD are useless
throw the CDs in the garbage

Device Manager / Comports / properties / extended / latency time
