Hi,

i'm just new to multiecuscan and got some questions if somebody could help me.

I got a 2002 Alfa 147 Selespeed and a AutoDia E237 EOBD Bluetooth adapter. (modded for multiecuscan.com ELM)

I managed to connect to my car with the non registred version of MECUScan to Engine and Gearbox, other systems like Body or Airbag require the registred version if i interpretated the message it gives me when i want to connect, right, right?

I'm quite sure i got the ABS 5.7 VDC which i really want to work but there it tells me i indeed need another adaper (green cable or pin1).

My adapter is listed as E237 1.4 compatible and is connected over com3 bluetooth. (E237 1.3+ over bluetooth is connected and works partwise)

I read in the docu ELM 1 is for the connection to ABS required and i wanted to know which adapter i need to Buy and connect that all systems work without problems.

After the scan for connections MECUScan tells me all systems incl. CAN should connect without problems but it certainly does not.

I think you will find the answers to your questions here:

http://www.multiecuscan.net/SupportedVehiclesList.aspx

For the 147 Selespeed you will see that the Engine, ABS, Gearbox, Service reset and Airbag system can be connected to with the free version of MES. All other systems (list is red) require a licensed version of MES apart from the CAN Info.

Also the table shows you which connectors / wiring connections are required for each system.

If you see here: http://www.multiecuscan.net/Distributors.aspx then any of these companies will be able to supply the required adaptor cables if you don't want to make your own or modify your ELM unit.

Hi,

thx for your reply! :) yep, i was a bit fast scroling down the document (http://www.multiecuscan.net/SupportedVehiclesList.aspx) to find my vehicle, before i saw the actual explanation of the symbols and characters. looks like i need adapter A1 green to get ABS working. i found one on ebay for 10eur. i consider, if everything free is working to get a licensed version of MECUScan.

thx again and a good day.
