Reset service in alfa Giulietta 2.0 TCT

I haveELM 327 2.1 and MES 3.1 Registered but cannot to connect to SERVICE for reset after change oil.The message is "ELM327-->ECU failed, check cable and options on serial port". I can connect without problems to the other ECU´s and coud reset oil change in DPF.

Hello
With ELM v2.1 can not connect to MES establish this interface are not MES Works
I can not believe that you can to other controllers connect !! ??
Take a test with your interface and adjust the screen here
I min. 10 different v2.1 interface, none of which works with MES.
