We have a lot of cars Fiat Ducato of the year 2015 production with 2.3 multijet engines. None of the systems of the cars is diagnosed. The program keeps giving message like "Check communication ELM 327...". The program works properly for older Ducato (250).
Will the program support these cars or is it necessary to use another communication adapter? I use the Direct/Protect adapter from Electronic-Fuchs.

I'm really sorry. I tried to connect to Ducato Facelift again and there was a connection. I read the multiecuscan site carefully and made a connector (adapter cabel 3). All the car systems were diagnosed well.

what MES Version are you using for doing Fiat Ducato Diagnosis MY15-16-17 and up?
Did you made experience with Euro 6 Models?
