alfa 147 & VAG K+CAN 1.4

Hello everyone, first time I onwards forum and interested if you can connect to the Alfa 147 1.6TS (2001) with VAG K + CAN 1.4 ,VCDS 812.4 VAGCOM or only with VAG-COM 409.1
