Can`t install Multiecuscan 2,8R1

Hallo
I am new in this Forum. I have a problem, when i try to install MES 2,8R1 on my laptop (Acer Aspire 7560G) Windows 7 Professional Service pack 1 64bit) I get this message, when i try to install MES 2,8R1 (System adminstrator have given system rules that prevents this installation) Translated from danish. I am using the laptop as Adminisrator. I have disabelt my security program (Bullguard Premium) and it make no difference. Do i make something wrong ? I have a VCDS program installed on the same laptop, without any troubles. Hope that some one can help me.
