Doblo speed limit

Hi all,

We have a doblo which has a speed limit at 110km/h. This is a 1.3 engine 2010 model with 8df ecu.
We tried to remove it, it said that it succeeded but the limit is still there. We tried again but all of our tries except the 1st one says "failed to execute". Please advise.
