No connection to the reset service after a proxi alignment

Hi all,
Here I explain my problem,
My car is an ALFA 147 1.6 TS, I have MES 2.6 registered with a ELM interface, a year ago it was possible to connect to the reset service until the day it was no longer possible, I did not understand why because I could access all other modules.
2 days ago I replaced the defectives air conditioning unit and airbag ECU, I logged on my car to delete the errors and I noticed that I could connect to the reset service and to the parameters. At the dashboard the odometer was flashing, I understood that I had to do a proxi alignment procedure because of parts replaced.
I do the proxi alignment without problem and I checked again that I could connect to the reset service and then I had a message saying "connection failure, check your serial port ..."
I remembered a year ago I was doing a proxi alignment procedure because the odometer was flashing, the previous owner had replaced the car radio, I conclude that the connection problem to the reset service come from the proxi alignment procedure.
Now that the defectives parts have been replaced and I reset everything, I want to connect to the reset service without having to put my old air conditioning unit to allow the flashing of the odometer and access the reset service, you understand it is really boring !
Perhaps it is a bug in the MES software, have you already had this problem ?
Any comments would be appreciated
Greetings
