Cannot install on Windows 10

Hi,

When I'm trying to install on windows 10 I am getting a weird error that I'm out of disk apce, even though I have 14GB of free disk space. I then cannot install the software. I've attached a screen shot.

Has anyone else had this error? If you have, how have you fixed it?

Do a disk cleanup 1st
Then defrag hard disk drive.
there are sufficient clear blocks to write the date in. there is enough space but its in too many small areas for the program to install itself
