Multiecuscan

Hi,
I have changed the injectors on my Fiat Punto '03 1.3 JTD because of excessive black smoke.
Now it's less smoke but I didn't solve the problem completly.
I decided to change the injectors code using Multiecuscan function F7 but after many attemps
it didn't works... still old Injectors code in F4 Parameters menu.
I tryed with 2.4 and also 2.5 Multiecuscan , and a ELM 327 1.5 usb interface.
What's wrong?
