Multiecuscan

Hi. I have an Alfa GT 2007 2.0 jts which has had a secondhand engine ecu, body computer and keys and dash due to immob failure. these were fitted and the car starts and runs fine now . A local garage has tried a proxy alignment using the multiecuscan 2.2 version but it fails due to a body computer/ nqs failure. The instrument cluster itself communicates fine and there are no codes stored there. the abs and associated lights are on with a can fault c1881 comms to ei fault in the abs computer. I am not sure if the two are related and wondered if anyone could offer any advice. I have found other links from people saying they cant get body computers to pass proxy and wondered if this might be a software bug? would a newer version of multiecuscan help maybe?
