2007 Brera Spider 2.4JTDM Body Control Module

Hi All, new to MES Forum. 2007 Brera Spider 2.4 JTDM, after its Winter hibernation I have no Roof operation, Windows don't work properly and won't reset (both), Boot won't unlock on Remote or Button is centre console. Anyone know if a Proxy Alignment might help? Seems like lots of stuff not talking to each other?
