Multiecuscan on an old AppleMac?

Hi guys,
Complete newbie here!
We have a Fiat 500 Twinair and I know that the computers on board can be a little problematical, so I am very interested in using multiecuscan.
However, multiecuscan is only available for PCs and I know NOTHING about PCs as we're 100% AppleMac in this household, and have been seemingly forever. One G4 iBook, two Intel MacBooks, one MacBook Air, one huge iMac, and one iPad. The iBook dates back to 2002 and still works perfectly.
I'm aware that it's possible to run Windows on a Mac and wondered if I could use the old G4 iBook for this and successfully run multiecuscan on it.
Can I do this?
Or should I use an Intel MacBook?
Thanks,
Mick.
