Odometer at last DPF replacement = 71940 km
Odometer from last oil change = 71054 km
When I did the reset oil change, I made the reeds RESET SELF-Learnt FUNCTIONS.
why the dpf is changed in those miles? should not indicate 0 km since it has never been replaced?
no way to fix the error?

Everything is fine, i think. If your DPF was never replaced, value "Odometer at last DPF replacement" should be the same or similiar as Odometer.
