using vista

Anybody know how to configure ports on vista."ports" do not show up in Device Manager so I can't see how to adjust serial latency.Tho it must be possible!

what type of Cable you use??
If it's a Vag kkl interface with the FTDI chipset, maybe you have installed the D2XX driver and not the VCP (virtual com port driver..)
If you go to the FTDI site (http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP.htm) download the last driver for vista and install it (the manual for vista installation is here: http://www.ftdichip.com/Documents/InstallGuides.htm).
