Proxi alignment failed after removing Bravo Tjet RadioNav

Hello,
I have a brazilian 2014 Fiat Bravo Tjet 1.4.
After I replaced the factory radio (RadioNav - http://www.tramontofiat.com.br/site/car ... IO_NAV.jpg ), the odometer started to blink, wich is expected.
Then I did a Proxi Alignment procedure (MES 2.1) and it failed to write to Dashbord CAN. It says "out of range data". I let it complete, but after turning the keys on the odometer was still blinking and now I have a error in the Body saying that Proxi signal is bad.
I then installed the RadioNav again and did a new Proxi Alignment that went all ok. All errors desappeared.
But I still wish to remove the RadioNav and install a Pioneer and have the car properly alingned.
What should I do? Any ideas?
Thanks!
