Mito service interval - "failed to execute"

Hi, I'm using multiecuscan 1.9 with my mito 1.3Jdtm. A short while ago i successfully reset the oil degradation interval with no problem

Today i had the service done and tried to reset the service interval light. I connected up with no problems at all, but when i tried to reset the service interval, i had an error of "Failed to execute".

The service reset does appear to have worked though, as multiecuscan is showing todays date as the last service date, and is showing 35001 km until next service.

The spanner on the dashboard dissappeared on its own a few days ago (i had to wait a while before i could have the service done) so i dont really know if the service interval has been reset properly or not...

Any ideas?

Thanks

Andy

Hello

I also made an Giulietta in this, in the last year
and got the same message, and thought at first it does not work.
Or my interface has an error.

But still got this error code appears, the service was advertisement back set
For in the MES description which is after the reseten the ignition for a few seconds (20 sec?) Should be turned off.

After that, the service light was out.

And then I still have time to re-enter the Km display for the next service.

Why this indicator came for Faulty connection, I do not know.

Greetings Eddy

Hi Eddy

Thanks for your reply.

All seems well with the car, and the service work has been done which is the main thing.

It would be nice to know why the software showed an error though.

Thanks

I have the same error. I was able to reset the oil change on ecu but when I try to reset the service multiecuscan give me failed to execute. I use one elm bluetooh and I removed the 120 Ohm resistor bethween pin 5 and 6.

Pretty strange. Maybe still a bug ?
