Home made Opendiag OBD-II interface connection issue

Hello guys, I have a question for you...
Does MultiECUScan support "Opendiag OBD-II" interface? http://jeff.noxon.cc/2013/05/18/opendia ... pcb-layout
I have assembled it but I couldn't make it connect to my car's ECU. It's a Magnetti Marelli IAW 1ABB.90 (FIAT Palio 1.6 16V).
I know the interface is working ok because I have made a small program to test communication (based on FIAT ISO 8 protocol) and I have been able to establish a link and retrieve some sensor's values (RPM, Water Temperature, Battery Voltage, etc.).
Unfortunately, I don't have enough info about how to retrieve and interpret the ERROR CODES, that's why I have to buy MultiECUScan, but first I have to be sure it works with this simple and cheap interface.
