Multiecuscan

I have an alfa 159 2,4 MY 2010 with radio connect.
I have installed an original Bose subwooffer but is not working.
i have to activate something?
can i do something with the software Multiecuscan?

Maybe proxy can help it but I am not 100% sure.
In other modules as I could see there is no option for adding subwoofer...
