Alfa 164 V6 24V KKL interface not working
Posted: 12 Jan 2014, 11:07
Dear all,
I'm using Multiecuscan already for a long time without problems.
Now however for the first time on an old 164 V6 Super.
The problem is that I can not connect with the ECU.
The driver FTDI is up to date and the latency is set properly to 1.
Also the test in the SW mentions all is ok. (scan does not find any ECU)
When I use other programs like KW71 diag then all is working fine. One other program was tested also ok. But have only limited functionality.
With multiecuscan however no luck sofar. (using win 7, ver.1.8 registered ofcourse)
3 different PC's are tested with the free version but all with the same version.
Finally I connected the oscilloscoop on the k&L line and timing looks ok. I see only difference on data with SW that does connect and MultiECUscn.
All the obvious things are tried.
Please let me know if someone has a solution???
Thanks in advance, Han
