Hello,
've made a big mistake and although I have with (Multiecuscan 1.7 and OBD2 connector) to a Lancia Musa 1.3 Jtd 2006
the mileage changed so that it displays only dashes.
How do I get the output state back down?
I hope you can help me.
greeting
Wolfgang

Hello Wolfgang

Since you can switch your milage only forward with Multiecuscan
and non-return
I think you wanted to enter a lower KM stand?
Try it again with a value with the previous value

Or have you already tried this?

Greetings Eddy

You didn't actually say what you did with MES to cause your problem? Would be nice and informative to others to learn about your error/mistake so they can avoid the same problem.

Subject to an answer to the above, then I think MES can not help you and you will have to find alternative "odometer/mileage correction" software (and possibly required hardware) to sort your problem out.

My mistake was that I asked for test purposes the KM instead of by 1 accidentally by 100000 up then panic and not get read correctly and have thought of jumps to 999999 back to zero which did not work.
Who can give me the alternative "odometer / mileage correction" software (and possibly hardware required) call so that I can remove the error!

I can not recommend any particular software/hardware. Suggest you do a little research yourself with web browser and search engine.

Sorry.

I agree with s130. Do a research on internet and you will find a lot of informations.
But my suggestion is to find someone who is already doing this and pay that person do put miles how they have been.
It is the cheapest and easiest way to do it.
If you want at little bit professional equipment it costs minimum 1000 EUR. So it is easier to pay someone to do that for you.

One of my friend had the mileage changed but was charged at the garage.

Actually, there are many odometer correction tool on the aftermarket, some fits DIY job e.g Tacho Pro 2008, some fits more mechanical job. The cheapest one is Tacho Pro under USD200

I see one here takes only USD164, http://www.obdii365.com/wholesale/tacho ... -1632.html

As for digiprog 3 and others are much priecy
