vista problems

I can only run multiecuscan after doing a clean boot using msconfig? Is there any reason why this should be? I just get a unresponsive "loading" screen if I don't use msconfig? On the more positive side of things what a bloody good programme this is!!

I have run both FiatECUCan and MultiECUSCan (MECUS) on the MS Win Vista and Win 7 platform with no problems.
As you say you have to use msconfig to successfully run MECUS then clearly there is another program interfering with MECUS.
Solving this could be easy or difficult..........
