As far as I know Alfa engine 3.0 v6 should work around 700 rpm (+30prm/ -30 rpm).
I do not know how much your Alfa 166 is running on?
Also Bosch engine electronic model ME 2.1 and ME 3.1 do not allow adjusting rpms by MES or by orignial Fiat software or any other diagnostic software.

If your car is broken, you need to fix it. Changing the idle RPM requires remapping and that is not something you can do with multiecuscan. If the idle RPM is too low, you clearly have a malfunction and you should fix that, not fiddle with the ECU.

thanks for your earlier response. pls i was told to do a re timing on my car. that it probably split a tooth. i also noticed for quite sometime i have been hearing this weired noise from that area. please could a car having a wrong timing lower the power of the car or make it loose compression. i noticed the rotation of the engine/timing be fast.
please i need your advice. thanks
