No ECU response - Alfa 156

Hello everyone,
i'm having hard time figuring out why my Alfa 156 JTD won't connect to Engine ECU. I definetly have correct drivers and all interfaces work ok (tested on other cars).
I guess the problem is i'm not getting signal from ECU. Pin 7 in OBD connector is connected to pin 48 in ECU, but I don't get any voltage on pin 7. Should there be any?
What else can I check, anyone had similar problems connecting to their car's and foud a solution?
Meanwhile, other computers connect fine (airbag, climate...).
So my question is, what can I check to see if some other connection is broken? Could there be a problem with ECU itself?
