Tried to do a Proxy Alignment due to having a faulty dash on my 02 Punto 1.9D.
Have got a used dash from a Punto diesel and tried to Proxy Align it due to flashing mileage but cannot get it to align comes up with alignment failure.
I can alter the mileage ok.
Is it not possible to do an alignment on a used dash or am I doing something wrong?
Any help would be appreciated.

Sometimes the success of the proxy is only a little while later
I had it on an Alfa Romeo GT Aligment the proxy times again
canceled. It could not be read.
But when the friend drove about 25 km, has the mileage display
simply the proxy but Nocht accepted.
