Can MultiECUScan re-sync Immobiliser and ECU?

Hi I have a 2000 Punto 1.2 8v the immobiliser and ecu have been disconnected and need to be re-synchronised. They are a matched pair and I do not have the red key or code card, therefore the immobiliser will not allow the car to start.
Will MultiECUScan have to facility to do this?
Thank,
Rob

What kind of adjustments has been made before so you needed to do PROXY?
In general if the IMMO ecu and the engine ECU have been disconnected and reconnected later (if nobody has been modified it) they should work with out any problem.
The only thing that you can lose is remote control function (opening/ closing doors with remote control).
I do not think that MES can help you with your problem.
You have next options:
- do the IMMO OFF
- do the synchronising with other tool
- if you need code card you or buy it in official Fiat dealer or you can read it from body ECU and calculate it with special calculator...
