Adjustments climate control Fiat Stilo 1.4

Hello everybody!
I'm interestet in the multiecuscan mainly because I've got some problems with my climate control in my 2005 1.4 Stilo. Everytime I set a temperature (e.g. 20°C in Full Auto Mode) in the summer the climate control starts blowing cool air and everything is fine. After a few minutes the fan starts reducing the speed and cool air still comes in the car but i thing this is not enough air flow to keep the car cool. It doesn't feel like 20°C, more like 25°C or something like that. The climate hardware is fine (Checked several times at my dealer). Therfore my question is whether if it is possible with the multiecuscan software to adjust a temperature offset or something like that to the climate control?
Thanks for helping me!
