to register the software, you must enter a code "hardware key."
this code, I did not and do not know how to get it.
So since multiecuscan works only for registered version of my vehicle, I'm a can stuck.

Hello

The registry is very simple
- Install Multiecuscan 1.4 on your laptop
- Start Multiecuscan
- Press Registration (bottom left above setting)
- Note down the hardware key
- Jump to www.multiecuscan.net
- Click on "Buy Ried rest Lincense"
- Give your Hardware Key there a
- Give a valid address
- Pay € 50 for a predetermined way
- Some time later, you will receive a license key by email
- Paste this into the software "registry, license key"
- Multiecuscan Join now, it will appear at the top left.

Thank you for your help Eddy, it was actually very easy.
However, I have another worry: I can connect to the motor module, but not the service unit "please check ELM 327 and the configuration of your serial port"
the test function returns me ok all tests.

Hello Albert

No problem, my English is also not very good :)

The problem is that your ELM interface can not read CAN bus
This is a problem of Multiecuscan

Just look at the posts in this thread

viewtopic.php?f=5&t=1493

in the back pages you find solutions for your problem.
Otherwise, an alternate image of your board, and I'll tell you what to do

Greetings Eddy

hi Eddy

if I understood, I must destroy my case ELM to change.
I see no screws or opening this device.

There could be screws that hold the two halves of the case together underneath the label.

Run your finger firmly over the label feeling for round depressions.

Failing that then it is probably a 'snap-together' case which will require careful prising apart. You MUST check for screws below the label first though otherwise you will badly damage the case if you try to prise it apart.

There were actually four screws under the label, but the system does not resemble what I've seen on various forums.

Hallo Albert

Multiecuscan kann mit deinem Interface keinen CAN Bus lesen
ein Widerstand stört diese CAN Signale

entferne den rot markierten Widerstand und dein ELM Interface
ist auch CAN Bus fähig
