Hello. Yesterday I've used MES 1.3 to diagnose a Sedici 1.9 multijet engine ECU. Why the mileage on the ECU is about 4.1 times lower than the mileage on the dashboard whilst the "mileage from last DPF change" is correct (in this vehicle exactly as the dashboard mileage)?

Mileage differences between the engine ECU / Dash / Body computer on some cars/ECUs seems to be a common problem that has never been fully explained or understood. I have these differences on my Croma.

Yes, these odometers in engine ECU are a big mystery...
However, in your case it is strange why the DPF odometer is not wrong. It should be relative to the odometer in engine ECU. Is it possible that the ECU was flashed after the last DPF procedure.
Can you post the actual values?

Sorry.... I've not enough the exact values. The mileage was near 62000km, the ecu mileage was near 19000km (a factor of 4.093 between the values) whilst the odometer from last DPF change was the same of the tacho odometer. A reprogramming of the engine ECU was made by Fiat (but I don't remember date and mileage) for the DPF cleaning problem, but the problem wasn't resolved.... Now, for a problem in the temp sensor of the DPF, the DPF regen ever 55km (with correct temperatures and times)!
