will not connect multiplexer

hi i have windows 7 64 bit laptop with bluetooth however i cannot connect to multiplexer in alfa 159 using bluetooth i have fully registered the device and software according to the instructions but still i cannot discover multiplexer when searching for bluetooth devices please help as i am beginning to lose my patience with this and dont want to send it back for a full refund
