Why no full Error Code Listings for Fiats?

Have a 2003 3 door Stilo 1.6 16V Active Sport with a totally inoperative dash, so purchased Multiecuscan v1.3, I have an ELM 327 v1.3 already but bought a ELM 327 v1.4 with modded cable, KL VagCom, and 3 adapter cables, to give me full access.
I am using Windows 7 64bit with the serial/usb driver installed and latency reduced on all 3 usb ports to 1 and baud rate synced with Multiscan at 38400.
All bar the KL are showing (though not relevant to this post) and passing tests.
Accessing the body computer gives the screenshot of error codes below:
Lovely piece of software, very intuitive and refined.
Whilst I would appreciate information for the actual codes listed here (knowing that the "B" designation relates to Body and the "1" to manufacturer specific codes, I am extremely surprised to find no thorough compiled listing for each and every code when it comes to Fiat.
Does anybody have access to such?
Would it be an idea to post such a list for all to access?
Maybe posting on the Multiecuscan website as well?
As a factory Maintenance Electrician I was taught to always trace and repair a fault before clearing any error codes but without knowledge of the "29", "30", "31" and "38" codes this method is not going to be possible!
Anybody any ideas before I do the "F10 Clear" and proxy alignment if necessary?
