First, apologize for my English, which is not very fluid. Now the reason for my query:

I have the program MULTISCAN "free" connector "KKL VAG-COM FOR 409.1" and connector "usb ELM327 OBDII" (the latter with a label indicating "2M25D SQC"), and three cables (red, green and yellow) , I acquired to check my Fiat Multipla SE December 2001.

When I open the program, pulse "F9" (options), tab "Interfaces", pulse btón "scan for interfaces" and set the "check" to present only free ports. I press the scan button interface and connector only detects me "KKL VAG COM".

1st) Question: With this "kkl" I can scan my Fiat Multipla?
2nd) Question: what I can do to make the software detect the connector "ELM"?

What engine does your Multipla?
This plays a role in whether you like the free version is sufficient or if you need the registered version.

For your Multipla you need only the KKL Interface
And you have to install the correct driver for the interface.

Not the drivers on the CD use.
Control the correct installation in the control panel.
Place the Latency Time for the com port to 1


The ELM is not necessary for the Multipla.

The engine is the 186A6000 (jtd 110 hp).
You telling me to install other software, other than "Multiecuscan". What is the reason?

Because some manufacturers have on the small CD very old driver and depending on the laptop which you can use to prevent this function.
