Hi,sry, i have fiat panda 92' , i try connect cable elm327 version 1.4b with adaptor 3 pin, with all programs not working not responde Ecu, i need for setting minimun rpm engine.

who can help me ?

For all Italian cars with 3 pin connector, for diagnostics, it is the best to use vag com kkl 409 interface and 3 pin adapter.

As far as I know MES does not work with panda from 1992.
I do not think that panda models from 1992 till 1996 have 3 pin connector.
But if your panda does have 3 pin connector try to use this software:

This software is really good for older cars and it is free thanks to tzok who is member of this forum.
