Using MES for emergency start with PIN-code?

I hava an Alfa GTV 2.0TS -97 with the 2.10.4 ECU.
Is it possible to use MES to enter the emergency start code on the Alfa code card? I believe this can be done with Fiat Examiner?

Examiner is professional, FES is common use program
