hi,
I own 147 1.6 120hp and I'm about to buy the multiecuscan software in order to fix flashing odometer and maybe for another functions that I'll find usful.
I have simple OBD-II cable that connent properly with the free version but can't connect the airbags (and one more function that I don't remember right now).
I'd like which cable I car order that will connenct to all elements that the software support ?

According to the Supported Vehicle Data page on the website then your air bag requires a simple KKL (VAG Com) cable and adaptor cable / modification.
Suggest you read this page:
http://www.multiecuscan.net/SupportedVehiclesList.aspx
to understand what is supported and what hardware is required.
Also the see the Authorised Distributors page:
http://www.multiecuscan.net/Distributors.aspx
Hardware packages, components, leads etc. bought from these source are known to work with no issues.

I should work OK and also has the advantage of already being modified for the different pin connetions being required.
It is unusual for a KKL cable to not work correctly unless it uses an odd USB to Serial conversion chipset and drivers.

For the avoidance of doubt, is this interface (KKL) support special functions such as PROXY ALIGMENT ?

Hello
Reading with this KKL interface you can ABS, Airbag and ECU on your Alfa 147
But it is not for the Proxi Aligm. / Reset service etc. suitable.
For this you need an ELM, or OBDkey CANtie Interface
But no KKL

Can you recommand on specific cable that will do it.
I know there are links here but I'd like to buy the cheapest cable that can do the special fuctions,
instad of asking every time that I found something that I think it's ok.

You ask a hard question about recommendation.
I gave you the Authorised sellers links.
I use and can therefore recommend Gendan products for UK.
Other people will use 'other' makes/products and will likewise recommend what they use is they have had no problems.
I don't believe anybody has compiled a chart of known working devices vs devices that work with mods (mostly cheap Chinese clone kit) vs devices that don't work at all.
