Hello everybody. I have a Alfa 166 2,4 jtdm, and it does not behave like it used to do (worse fuel economy and power ). When measuring desired and actual air quantity the actual is much lower under load, unloaded it is higher. What can couse this? Airfilter new, hoses ok, turbo ok, removed the second cat. Is it more measures in multiecuscan that can be done to make it clearer?

If you have doubt in your MAF sensor, but you are not sure is he the one who makes problems or not, you can always try to clean your existing MAF sensor with contact cleaner spray. The contact cleaner spray is used to clean motherboard on PC. It does not cost too much. It is around 5€. Just clean the wire inside MAF housing. DO NOT try to clean it with clothes or hands because it should not be touched – just spray it with contact spray and leave it for a few minutes to dry. Put it back on the car and test it on a road.
