Service Reset screen closed itself suddenly !

Hi Dear Yani;

i have problem for resetting the Service interval , when i connect to Doblo 1.9 jtd service reset menu , it connects to the dashboard and i see the menus and than it closes itself (service menu) within 2-3 seconds.. without doing anythings !! returns to the main menu
i tried the the Fes 3.3 and 3.4.2 versions ,The problem is same.. i tryied on my another computer , but result is same ,,

the Connection to Engine , Body computer , is succeed without problems. , I sended the diagnostic reports , maybe you can use it for details

The tools i used,

Pc with winxp sp3
elm327 1.3a
FES 3.3 and 3.42 registered

I saw the report.
There is a problem with the CAN line or the interface. The interface says "RX ERROR" which means that it received corrupted data from the CAN line.
If it works fine with the body computer then the problem is probably a loose connector at the dashboard.

Hi Dear Yani;

- we used this interface before and no problem in the past .. and i changed cable between ELM327 and Car OBD , problem is same ..
- i connect to the BCU and see the can info , and i connect to the Dashboard see the info.. , But when i connect via Service menu , problem is starting..
- Last time we install only the program Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 redistrutable package is it makes problem?
- to install MS dot net frame work 4 help to solve problem , because When program in Service menu , before it close itself , when we apply the service reset commands (before it close itself within 2-3 sec. ) it gives the dot net frame works error than close the entire program..
- What's your suggestions to solve this problem

Do you have possibility to check it on the another installation (eg. friend) of FES?. It will be the best way to resolve and find source of this problem.
