free version limitations

just ordered the cables for grande punto 2007 1.9 diesel. can i use the free version to check engine light and flashing milage. cheers kevin
To read/check the Engine Check Light / Fault code then the free version will do this.
The flashing odometer will almost certainly require the paid for version to resolve as I believe a Proxy Alignment is required.
Suggest you wait till your hardware arrives and first of all read any stored error codes and also have a play with the free version.
Take things from there.
