EGR / DPF / IMA-Code

Hi,

seems to get the best SW for Fiat-ECU's.

My request for EDC16C39 (CF4) would be:

1. IMA-Codes from injector reading and re-writing (should be something like this: read 80 00 F1 02 21 C7 00, write 80 00 F1 26 3B C7 00 ...).

2. service regeneration for DPF and supress regeneration.

3. shutt-off EGR.

Thanks.

hi,

for 3. EGR shutt-off:

80 00 F1 xx 30 0C 07 00 -> on
80 00 F1 xx 30 0C 07 FF -> off

hope that could help you.

Hi,

1. I will implement injector coding for EDC15C7 and EDC16 engines.
2. Forced Regeneration is included in v1.6.
3. I have this function. It is actually only for testing of the EGR solenoid valve. The control of EGR is restored when engine is restarted.

Hi,

thank you. I will test it this weekend.

Hi,

tested the EGR shutt-off and the fuel pressure regulator valve, but it did not work.
the failor message was something like "could not perform required action".
What I'am doing wrong? Is it only working in idle or with engine not running?
Must I give a certain value (0%, 100%) or something like that to perform the test?
Have you got more documentation to that functions?

By the way another feature request from me would be to give the possibillty to send custom hex-codes to the ECU - and to fetch the answer.

Thank you again for the great work you've done so far.

Tomsa.

It's a very good software and apears to work pretty good. I'm very interested in using this feature in order to disable de EGR but I'm not sure if it's save or not...I mean....do I have any risk of messing up my engine?

Thks!!!
