Alfa 159 3.2 and FES V3.3 (Licenced)

When using FES V3.3 with the Bosch Motronic MeD7 6.2 CF4/EOBD ECU, the tab to select Parameters for graph production is missing.
This was working fine with FES V3.2. With other ECU e.g. ABS the graph parameter selection tab is available.
I'm using the same ELM 1.4 cable (with A1 cable for ABS) as worked with FES V3.2.
