The ones listed as "KL" in the supported vehicles list, yes.

Depends what you're after really.
I've used a £5 cable and a £20 cable, and you can feel which one's going to last longer before you even connect to car.
The very cheap cables are cheap for a reason - they're built down to a price.

I think you can use VAG COM KKL USB interface for your Fiat Bravo TD100.
You will also need an 3pin adapter!
