Hello
A friend had the same problem, all settings were correct but can not connect.

Only after he has gewachelt the interface in the OBD connector, a connection was made.
There was a contact problem!

Here are a few possible problems.

Your interface is correctly identified in the Control Panel?
You have the latency time is set to 1?
Press the test button once to the right of the interface specification
What does it say?

Greetings Eddy

Hello

Do not hesitate even a screen test of your ELM Interface

Because there must be able to be an error or you should connect.

Edit:

Hello

I see in your screen just yet, you still have the old 2.6 version of FES with the new 3.2 should not be a difference but a test would not damage.

Sorry, I translate with Google

Take a screenshot on the test of the ELM interface.
I want to see what is displayed there.

Your FES is an old version 2.6
have you tried the version 3.2 again?

Greetings Eddy

On the TEST of ELM327 is showing OK about everything, absolutely.
I'll make screenshots tomorrow.
Yes, I know it is an old version, but I don't know what is the difference between new version and older one.

It is true, even with the old version should be able to get a connection
But if I have connection problems, I would also test a new version.

But it could be something not be right with the FES version?

Greetings Eddy
