Seat Belt beep

Hello,I have activated the beep signal for the belts. the problem is that, it does not stop when you're strapped. has anyone ever had this Problem? Its a Fiat Grande punto.
Have you got anything on the passenger seat?
If you put something heavy on the seat it will trigger the seat occupancy sensor so you'd need to plug in that belt too.
