Problem CC activation at Grande Punto 1.3MJET

Hello together!

I added the cruise control switch and tried to activate it with proxi alignment, but it does'nt work.
I tried to do the proxi alignment few times, but nothing changed. In dashboard i'm not able to activate CC light.

Any Ideas?


CC is working fine, CC indicator in dashboard still does not work and the flashing odometer is also don't like.
When I open proxi alignment, get the message "no proxi alignment necessary".

There is no led on your dashboard. It's empty place to solder it. There is no Cruise Control at dashboard's eeprom. Only one way is replace dashboard from highest version of car. I have this led on my GP 1.3 90 HP Sport 2006. But I don't have a car with this led in versions like Active and Dynamic.

This information about it "out of range" is confirming this.

Thank for this info. So there is also no option to avoid the flashing odometer indicating proxi alignment request?

Try Disable CC, turn switch to OFF position and get Proxi.Then Key off, wait 60 seconds or better disconnect Ground from battery. Check if flashing.

Try Enable CC without ON on switch. Key off, wait 60 seconds or disconnect Ground. Check if odometer is blinking. It can do after 5, 10 seconds. After minute try turn ON on CC switch. Close doors in all Proxi procedure to don't get any infos on display like Door open... Check if blinking.

I don't have situation, that odometer is blinking ...

Give me a VIN.

Without changing anything surprisingly this morning the odometer wasn't blinking anymore...
If you wait long enough, you'll catch something.

Very good Check battery in your car. Very often discharged battery make flashing odometer ...

I had the same issue with Dashboard Proxi, but all is working great!

Now when I changed dashboard to higher version (with cc light) Proxi didn't report any issues.
